Recommendation please!

About to purchase a Asus Maximus VII Hero motherboard with an Intel 4790K and a EVGA GTX 980.
The power will be used for running FSX and probably P3D at a later date.

I have £150 to spend on 16Gb of fast ram but get hopelessly confused re timings. latency etc.

Some advice would be gratefully received please!

A Corsair H100i -sorry I should have mentioned that.
I should also mention that I do a modest amount of video editing and photoshop use - hence the 16Gb.

Thanks for those.
I notice the Avexir has slightly better timings (not sure about the strobe lights though!).
Realistically, would I notice any difference?

No noticeable difference, but they are likely to be using Samsung IC chips and the others Hynix.
