Recommendations for a garage side door

I have a new build with a garage that is single skin with no side access door. I would like one added.
Is there any particular type people recommend?
I am thinking a UPVC door with a window in the top half.
The garage has zero airflow so I am debating adding a window also with vents over the top for winter to reduce damp. Or I could add vents to the soffits.

UPVC door, no window as it reduces security, add vents to soffits would be my suggestion.
Get a decent solid door with good lock

Only have access on the front, but the gliderol door (poor in mechanical respects) does have about a 6" gap running the full length at the top,
to accomodate the roll when it is open ... also have a tumble dryer evacuation tube 6"dia through reart wall into other property, which could have forced
ventilation unit.
