Recommendations for a netbook

I'm looking to get the other half a netbook for christmas but I have no idea what's good and what's not. She'll mainly be using it only for word processing and web browsing but will want to fit it in her handbag so either a 10 or 11 inch screen would be ideal.

Can anyone recommend me anything with a budget of £200?

Would a Chromebook suffice? I have an Asus C100 flip which is 10.1" screen and has impressed me greatly - it also has access to playstore apps.
£199 at the usual places.
