Recommendations for decent 'compatible' ink/supplier

My Canon Pixma MG6150 has been beld dry with CeeBeebies printouts by the little 'uns, so the wallet-busting ink refill time is upon me....
I have always bought genuine inks for all printers over the years, but am seriously considering 'compatibles' this time......any recommendations, as it looks like a minefield :rolleyes:

check out the big ink reservoirs,they use pipes that you connect to the nozzles..

Jettec inks are generally pretty good.

Google 'CISS MG6150'.

CISS = Continuous Ink System.

i bough all my ink off the rainforest site cheapest place i found by (£20) for my cannon mg5250

Why not get a B&W laser?

I have a samsung ML-1210 and it costs £12 for a toner and does about 3000 pages

I have a B&W laser - samsung ml-1210 in fact ! - but this is for colour stuff...I want good photos every now and then, but the children like colour printouts of princesses and what have you !
Don't really want to go CISS, but after a respected cartridge supplier for compatibles - seen a set of 5 + grey for close to £20, whereas the Canon ones would add up to about £55 - seems not many places do the grey, only the other 5 as compatibles

Do consider that the CISS system will be equivalent to 60 cartridges.

I always used Inkrite cartridges and they are excellent quality.
