recommendations for holls with the boys

Shagaluf. I'm booked in for 29th June-6th July, was just over £300. There's 7 or 8 of us going, can't remember. Ibiza looked tempting, but I really couldn't be arsed to pay all that money for a glorified **** up.
 
A load of friends of mine are going to Greece this year, something like £400 for 5 nights, free local alcoholic beverages and meals included in that. I'mn ot going because i'm off to New Zealand with my gf instead :D
 
Kardamena, Kos is a quality party destination.

It's like a mini-ibiza kinda thing without all the scumbags. And all the bars are on the sea-front. (around 250 different bars and clubs).

It's cheap as chips too, 4 of us went a couple of years ago and it cost us about £220 each and the drinks are pretty cheap...but there's so many different bars in one place that you can get pretty damn wasted purely on the free shots or vodka red bulls that they give you to try and get you to stay in their bar, without even getting your wallet out.

Should still be pretty cheap to book as it's not too well known and over-crowded like Shagaluf etc..

Another vote for anywhere but Benidorm. I went there with a load of mates after we'd finished our A-levels and it was the biggest No swearing! in the world. No clubs, few hotties and sod all to do.
 
Ibiza was nothing compared to Magaluff.

Ibiza was horribly expensive (£1200 easily gone in 2weeks and i'm careful, other mates were spending 1.5-2k) The clubs are boring and expensive. Much older people, many of them on drugs.

Magaluff was awesome. Cheap, younger people, all the bars, clubs on 1 main strip...awesome!!
 
Im going to Mafaluf this year 15th July for 2 weeks, staying in the Fiesta Shara its about 3 mins walk from the main BCM club. :D
 
I'm another one to agree with Magaluf.

Loads and loads of bars, a few little clubs and ofcourse BCM.

Very cheap drinks, 23euro to get into BCM and free drinks all night there!

Opinions like this disappoint me. If you are going to Ibiza you need to expect this, you have to (to a certain point) be interested in the 'scene' the DJs and the music and expect people to be high - it is Ibiza after all.

To me the suntan is a bonus... you use your head - you drink before going to the clubs then water all night, cook for yourself - that way you don't end up broke.

People go for all the wrong reasons, I have told the girls exactly what to expect when we go in August, actually I told them before I booked. They just want to go for the 'experience' but I don't think they will enjoy it as much as I do... but I weren't going to turn down a trip there :cool:

If you want a cheap and nasty chavvy clubbing holiday (nothing wrong with them) then tenerife or magaluf.

Or Kos is nice I have heard, you should also stay away from faliraki and ayia napa if Ibiza ain't your thing.

I knew about the high prices and the pill heads, but had no idea it was on that scale. Yeah the experience was pretty good.

Biggest dissapointment was Manumission (sp) about £30 to get it and to sum it up it was crap.

Drinking is fine before but you are going to want a drink in the club otherwise you just sober up and feel tired.. Plus the drinks are about 30euros (vodka + Red), water was 8euros in there also.

There is no two ways about it, you WILL spend a lot if you want a decent time there, that's doing everything you can to save like, cooking, drinking before etc..

Watch out for the reps trying to rip you off with crappy booze cruises etc too..

Best place there was this water club, that was pretty awsome. The entire place filled up with water and the atmosphere was amazing, best thing I can remember tbh :p

Magaluff on the other hand was a far better experience. Everything was much more localised offering good bars and clubs near each other. Seemed more lively, lots of decent clubs on strip which you could leave and go to another club if you had a stamp. Best club I thought was Tokyo Jo's :D Good club, atmosphere and it's not 10miles x 10miles so you lose your mates or get lost in.

BCM was pretty good but the better bars lie on the strip imo, they offer a flurry of free gifts and crappy free drinks (very limited) all night and that was basically it. The foam night was good though! :D

Watch out for the reps trying to rip you off with crappy booze cruises etc too.. Some things you should do on a first trip - sunset cruise etc, I went to a foam party at Kanya which was cool too, Escapades reps aren't too bad its the 18-30s ones you want to steer clear from
