After a few bits for the garden and looking for recommendations:

- jet washer
- Solar lights to stick into the border
- extension reel (two plug?)

Regarding Jet Washer. I use my father in laws karcher. Its the very basic and cheapest model and I was actually impressed with it. Cleaned pavior brickwork well. As its the cheapest model and a karcher I do not know how durable it is though.
 
Not exactly an essential but we bought a paint sprayer for our fences and it was INCREDIBLE. Saved so much time. Was only about £60 so really worth it IMO.
