Recommended Website that builds a basic website template?

Hi.

is there a good site that allows you to simply setup and create a basic website without messing around with html/css code?

My friend wants to create a basic website for his business and he is a electrician. It most likely will only contain basic info aout his business. nothing fancy.

he doesnt mind paying a fee per month for one as well

^ Competely that.

You're better of installing Wordpress and buying a template from ThemeForest or similar. It'll take a little longer to set up but will look MUCH more professional.

Theme it how you want it.

It's an exceptionally powerful web publishing system with a full CMS and vast amounts of plug-ins.
