I did 5 circuits last night and ended with a 5 minute run, slowed down to a jog when i though i was going to throw up () and today i dont ache much at all! So that's nice

Possibly. I did 50 Press ups, 50 chest presses, 50 steps with a 20kg sand bag, 150 jacknifes and 50 25kg squats, with 6 x 5 minute 10kph runs (the 6th was about 8kph tbh cause i wasn't feeling good).
Might not sound a lot to you guys but i've only been doing this for 6 weeks, and i was screwed!
I'll see if one of my friends feels like getting giggyBut I don't know what you mean by "you should be good for 6 weeks (without training)" as I'm planning of getting back in the gym as soon as I can actually fully straighten my arms... whoopsie.
