I found that using the 'pulse' button would force the oats up from the sides and into the blades. Does yours have this feature?Lead_Head said:I think my problem with the oats is also my blender. It's quite a large one and the blades have quite a gap between the sides and the blade, so it chops up so much oats but the ones untouched fall down the side behind the blades, so not being touched. Better drinking it during your workout in water. I actually start drinking mine on the way to the gym. The main strength of bcaa's/leucine is they don't need digesting, they just pass straight into the system where they're needed.
