Exactly. I think they wanted to keep it in that style. You always get people saying "games are all about graphics now, no gameplay" lol and then out comes a game that isn't groundbreaking and people are like "but where are the mint graphics, this looks rubbish". Pot -> Kettle -> Black?!
I think as long as they nail the gameplay it'll be awesome and the cartoon-esque graphics are kind of neat.
The graphics have a unique look to them, and I've seen a lot worse in the past so as long as it runs okay and doesn't crash with D3D errors like C&C3 did then i'll be happy.
I just hope the formula changes slightly. C&C seems to be about building the best army and rushing to build a superweapon and then that's it pretty much. I would like to see an option or the reduction of superweapon use within this game.
