I bought it ages ago and don't think it's worth buying.

The commanders challenge gets stupid with some of the levels and restrictions/par time. It's only positive point is Ric Flair as one of the enemies.

The additional campaigns are pretty terrible all round except for the yuriko campaign which is the only good thing on the whole expansion because it technically isn't RA3.
 
the campaign in co-op is worth a play but the game overall is pretty disappointing for a C&C game.

btw you could zoom out to a decent levels in generals by editing a file.
