Red&Black Spec Check

Hmmm. I don't think I have enough money and knowledge for watercooling at this moment in time, but when I do I'm going full watercool. So this year (Christmas) rad and just collect things as I can. :)

Whats better 560Ti or 6670 Crossfire?Joking.

Our new kits make it surprisingly easy to water cool. I was surprised myself how easy it was.

The kit's installation is less complicated than you would expect and the EK guide is pretty straight forward.

Its more to the problem, I have no idea how to watercool, let alone in a tiny case.

Whats the difference between all the kits? (Lower end ones like the £120 and the £130)? I don't get how they work cause surely you'd need a different amount of tubing for every case? You couldn't use the same kit for like a TJ11 that you'd use for a Fractal Design Mini (or whatever its called)

I'm sort of wanting to watercool now D: DAMN! Sooooooo, how did you watercool your skeleton, where'd ya mount your rad and res etc? Plus how do you like bend the tube? Is it flexible, do you melt it? I'm such a noob

I get MM on the 27th, might grab a Graphics Card from there, I ain't wanting to play demanding games, only Minecraft (call me sad but I love it) and GTA IV. 6850 perhaps, its hard to keep with the Skelly if I'm gunna watercool on my second build first with new components.

How did you attach your rad to case?

it's in my log :p I use ek rad brackets and drilled the 'side panels' so I could attach them to the case :)

you could go for a gtx 460 like mine? :p

Okai, spec me up the cheapest but still working watercooling stuffs you can. Needs to be compatiable with i7 960 (Don't go eurrr) so I think 1366. xDDD I am so bonkers and I owe you my life :D.

this is the cheapest possible 360mm rad kit (needs liquid and a kill coil, and probably some extra tubing to be safe)

Nope, this will be my first from scratch PC build with new components, I've been fiddling with pc bits for ages but yeah, this will be my first serious build. I'd like to keep my i7 around 60 at load (is that too much to ask). I'm quite a cold blooded person so I tend to have all my lights on to warm up if I get told off for putting the heating on (major pro of having boiler in room(hottest room in the house:cool:)) so thats why I'm going water. My laptop idles at about 50 and its the noisiest thing ever so it will be a change. Oh apparently I go around the houses for a simple yes or no question :D

EDIT: 1101

Next mission
1337.
