Red Bull

I would recommend taking it easy on the Red Bull. I used to drink a fair bit of it, now I can't touch the stuff - gives me panic and anxiety attacks, and very sudden and sometimes violent mood swings.

I think drinks like Red Bull and Kick etc. taste disgusting - and they don't seem to effect me at all =\

As i found out after my summer exams, the only way to really get down from a caffeen high is 7 days of detox/sleep :(

If your getting in unable to sleep for hours, drink a lot less caffeen on a night out ( ihate not being able to sleep like that)

Sugarless Red Bull?

On a night out, have a beer, drink some water, have another beer. Relax, have a dance, maybe another water. Come home, no problemo. You won't pile on the pounds, as long as you hit the gym, I don't see why the phrase ''Everything in moderation'' doesn't apply here.

As appose to going out and pounding 7 pints of lager, or going out and having 6 Red Bulls and thinking that Ziggys idea of drilling into your Cerebral Cortex is a good idea as your eyes are wide awake at 4.30am

i kept myself up fore about 3 /4 days at the end of my college life, i mean.. i tried to sleep on the bus ont eh way too and from college but using energy drinks in particular relentless i managed to stay up. have continued to drink teh stuff think it tastes nice but i no longer get a buzz at all and does really keep me awake. i can easily 4L plus and sleep fine. i would say seriously back off of it though after those days at the end of my college life i was really messed up, really really messed up. seriosuly not good stuff and it does horrible things to you lol come downs suck tbh.

why do you need any sort of substance when going out? why can you go out and stay sober and not have fun laughing at drunken friends and so on and still dance like no ones watching and that you dont care? all the fun you have whilst having a hit/high you can have sober.

At a quid a can for a caffine drink no better than the 25p ones I'd rather be a fat drunk. With all the cheaper and better tasting alternative 250ml drinks I don't know how redbull still manage to get away with it.

Because, to me anyway, those "25p" drinks don't taste better than RedBull, they are almost universally much sweeter and sicklier than the, comparatively, delicately flavoured original.

That's because the human body very quickly builds up a tolerance to stimulants.

Hmmm. I've started drinking the Relentless Juice drinks. 50% energy drink 50% juice. Much nicer than plain red bull derivatives.

I'm under no miss-illusion about the health content though. Can't believe you think its going to be better for your weight than booze. :p

If he's drinking when going out, presumably he's looking for stuff that you can actually get in bars?

I'll usually drink Red Bull with a lot of ice, then glass of water with a lot of ice. Alternate throughout the night, lots of energy, less come down. I still buzz like I'm drinking alcohol but I can safely drive home afterwards. Takes a little while longer to get to sleep, but the sleep I get is better than the sleep after I've been on the vodka...

I heavily tip the bar staff so they don't get urine-y (I can't believe p-word for urine is wordfiltered! ) with me for drinking water (although the places I go the barstaff are lovely anyway so it's not really needed).

Still, makes for a cheaper night out than when I'm drinking and I still have a great time.

No that's Red Bull Cola. Which apparently contains an insignificant amount of cocaine apparently, though you would have to drink 12,000+ litres in one go to feel any negative effects.

In fact, you probably come more into contact with the drug by handling £20 notes than consuming the drink.

£20? I think the most common note with coke on it is the £5, then the £10. It's less likely to be on a £20 because you use 2 of them to pay for it.
