Not sure what I did. Might have been someone I shot. Either way I was a bit annoyed.
 
John is such a pushover. Not badass at all like you would hope/expect. Calling everyone sir, and at everyone's beck and call. Then, when you're back in control you can go and do all sorts of horrible stuff. Makes no sense AT ALL. There should be more control over how you interact with the main characters. It's completely jarring seeing him act like such a pushover compared to how you can then do 'what you want' in the rest of the game.

"No, I don't want to help deliver your illegal goods, I want you tell me what I need to know NOW before I shoot your face off" - but then, if it was like that there would be no game.

Agree with you ricky1981, the mission structure is pretty much how you described. Considering his family is at risk you'd think he'd be a little more forceful with the people he meets rather than just doing their dirty work for them. The basic mission and game structure is VERY basic once you look beyond the (excellent) voice work etc.

I also don't care for the characters (at all), what happens to them or how the story is developing.
