The only songs by them I've not managed to avoid for the last 4 or 5 years have had california (or as DMP points out, californication) all through them.

One Hot Minute is a classic album, i think its much more impressive than BSSM. Ive found that BSSM is to the 90s scenesters what By The Way is to todays scenesters, although BSSM is a decent record.

I would argue that any band pushing 20 years is gonna find it very hard to keep churning out fresh material. The Chilis havent done bad at all and have written some great tracks recently, although a lot of filler too. I am glad they are still going, as their best is still 100x better than 90% of todays new band's best.

BTW, whats a 'radio'?
 
I personally like the album, and their last two albums (not including best of) and i prefer them greatly to their early stuff which i don't like at all, but then i don't really like that style of music anyway FNM i can deal with because they are awesome, but i don't rate the Chilis early stuff at all.
