Weird you have got your receipt almost straightaway. I sent my payment last night and have nothing? Checked my online banking and it still shows normal balance. I will have to wait till Monday I guess and see if the money is taken. The e-mail receipt i'm not too bothered about, as I cannot actually remember which e-mail address I specified!!

Anyone else make an online payment yesterday and not received an e-mail?

rp2000

Edit: Entai, has the money actually disappeared from your online banking? I think I may have sent email address as my gmail account, which I blindly empty the spam folder of multiple times a day. As yet I have never missed an e-mail this way, but it is possible it wnet into SPAM? can't check as I deleted it like 3 times already today (I get a lot of SPAM!!).

Well done rp2000, good man, enjoy my 2000 posts they were fantastic i was told

Who said that? Did they read any of them? ;) :p

If it hasn't already been done so I think someone needs to point an admin in the direction of this thread to shift around the posts to make it all correct. :)

Just an update,

Spoke to the bank and they said they have had other people who have paid but not been debited yet. I could make a second payment and then I can block the first one when it goes through, but it's hassle. I'll just wait a few days and see if it goes through. if not I'll donate online again.

A quick update on my situation, the money has now come out of my bank account. I have looked at my online statement and the money has been deducted today.

I guess with the sheer amount of donations they must have recieved on friday a bit of a delay was inevitable

I spoke to my bank and they got nothing taken yet, and I had no receipt via e-mail.

The bank said it is unlikely they will charge me now, and if they do they will dispute it as a duplicate, as I have just made a new payment now.

When I made the payment I saw that Verified for Visa thing and remembered that I locked my account last time so maybe thats why it failed?

Either way here is the receipt:

Just got receipt for my initial payment!! So now I have donated twice!!!!

I have e-mailed them to get a refund on one of the payments. I only made the 2nd payment as I thought the 1st had not gone through.

Hopefully they will understand.

Yea, £450 would be quite a donation! Saying that, £225 is a huge donation as it is, good man for donating such a sum. I wish I had money to donate, ah well, soon enough.

Excellent stuff, now for the hard part;)

After rp2000 & Entai have provided some form of proof (screen print or similar & sobered up) we have to persuade a friendly Don/Admin to sort the posts out when they get a chance:)

G|mp = 2000
JohnnyG = 10000
neil3k = 500
Tomsk = 50000
"andy" = 5000
BillytheImpaler = 4000
Creature = 2000
platypus = 1000
Saytan = 500
Morthoseth = 300
Raikiri = 7000
$loth = 9000
semi-pro waster = 10000
yhack = 1000
georges = 1000
Gooner14 = 4000
Haircut = 1000
Atari = 1500
Smiley Man = 1500
Syk3 = 1000
sja360 = 5000

= 117300 posts + 21000 off xyphic

A total pot of 138300, I suppose dividing it in 2 will be OK and I'm sure they'll get recycled at a later donation.
Some post donations have been left out due to possible MM issues etc:)

Does that help :)
