Reducing red cut

Is it possible to adjust the amount of red, in red with graphics drivers. For example in this picture is looks so red it just looks over the top amount of red.

But yes, you have red, green, blue controls in you display properties

it is indeed, its a very very red dress made further bright red by a camera flash
