Reducing Tarrif on O2?

Has anyone had any success in reducing their tarrif on 02? I'm 11 months through an 18 month contract at £35/month.

Want to reduce it as far as possible as I now won't be using it half as much as I used to.

They reduced mine from 35 to 20. But only because 12 months had elapsed.

9 or 12 months is the point you can drop them normally.

I found on 3 I had to drop it by £5 each month to get it to a decent cost.

Although they will reduce your texts/calls.

He did say something about reducing it once a month. Can I drop it by a fiver every month?

I'd guess so, that's how 3 did it for me, I went from £45 :eek:

to £25 with like 200mins and 200 texts...couldn't wait to get out of that contract when it finished.

I'm selling my N96 tomorrow so if I can get the contract down far enough, I'll give the sim to my sister and I'll just get an old PAYG Nokia.
