What does this mean, lets just say ive found a cheap card, cheaper than everywhere else, but it says its a reference card? What exactly does it mean by that? (inno3d card)
 
Means it is 'standard' i.e the manufacturer hasn't changed anything from Nvidias design (heatsink, gpu/mem speed, etc).
