I am running the Neg Pressure and find it pretty good once you get over the fact that leak proof in not necessarily air proof (this might entail new fittings, an extra tightening of components, etc). The majority of my loop is soft (16/10) but it does give an extra sense of security. The best thing is actually filling the loop via neg pressure, one of life joys
