Refund issue with faulty product

I left a review on trust pilot then left one last message on Facebook chat as the boss talked to me on their last time and the result is this.

He also said after he will the shipping amount.

They also refund the shipping cost.
 
Personally, I wouldn't edit my review on trustpilot, or if I did take some of the sting out of it I'd still be honest, say what the issue was and how it was eventually resolved.

That's the problem with review sites nowadays, one bad review, they then offer to resolve it and no prospective buyer is the wiser. Think of those who would suffer the same but not have the ability to push them to resolve and just end up out of pocket.
