Refund ?

Ive got my GTX460 on 17th of October, Ive went through a number of RMA's and received my 3rd card (I know, sigh) on 3rd November. I can still get a refund from ocuk ?
Reason im asking is because Someone said after some period of time I should contact the manufacturer and not ocuk ?

Also the first 2 cards were tested and the results were the cards were faulty, so it wasnt my problem.

They cannot test it. Ive asked.
Lets not expand this thread any further - Theres a separate one for the nature of my problem - Just wanted to know :)
 
You are right mate.
Like some others said, Im stuck unless I test the card at another rig - Which is this Sunday. I will then update the topic.
