regarding mem sizes

I just recieved my 16 gb of avexir blitz 1.1 2400 mem from you I noticed that my Asus Z87 MAXIMUS VI FORMULA Intel Z87 has a ramdisk feature is this worth useing ?.
My main boot hdd is a Samsung 500GB SSD 840 EVO SATA 6Gb/s Basic

useing system mainly for mmo gaming but also will play some new fps and rpg titles also some MS office tasks and general stuff

There are a couple of individual games that might benefit (ARMA2 for example) but overall it probably isn't worth the hassle.
