Reggae Reggae Tomato Ketchup

So i brought a bottle of this home from Sainsburys yesterday to try as it was on offer, and tried it on my dinner. And wow, at first i wasnt sure whether i would like it as i had tried the jerk sauce not long ago and found it was a bit too much for me.

Got out some nice chicken and chips to try out the new sauce.

It is really really good, its very simple as it doesnt have loads of difference spices in it, just the chilli, and it goes really well with the traditional caribbean tomato ketchup (read from the bottle).

So i suggest that if you also see it on offer, give it try and you will probably love it, infact i am going to make a sandwich right now and whack some in

I'm a big fan of this stuff. Converted from Heinz for the forseeable future. It tastes much fresher (less sugar maybe) and has a subtle kick to it.

Paste that stuff onto ribs as a coating before cooking, it's awesome.

I was talking about the latter - just assumed it was the 'Tomato Ketchup'! Haven't seen the rebranded version at my local shop.

We have both at home, the girlfriend loves the apple one as its quite mild and more like normally Ketchup with a bit more flavour. I am obsessed with the classic Reggae Reggae, its just tastes so good with everything, from beer burgers to chips and chicken! Plus theres nothing really bad in it so its fairly healthy!

It actually contains no apple, "Love Apple" is apparently a name for a type of tomato, go figure lol

I thought it was rubbish at first because I had in in a sub at Subway, and I don't know what they have but it tasted like someone has just urinated in my sandwich they day after they themselves had some Reggae Reggae Sauce the day before, thats how watered down it was.

Got some in the supermarket though, and its awesome. Lovely with bug chunky chips!

Hmm i have seen them in my local shop, namely the ones in the smaller bottles, ie jerk bbq sauce, but the one i got was on a promotion stand and it is in a big squeezy bottle. much like those heinzs ones when the bottle cap is on the bottom, if you get what i am saying.

Bigger bottle means more for me
