Registry Error 0x00000051 - currently on safe mode need help fast please

Every time I boot, my coomputer blue screens and gives this error code, I looked around on the web, and can only find the problem relating to XP, currently on windows vista 32bit.

I need to fix the problem quick, as I got to get a eassy done and I have no access to aqny computers :(
 
Whilst in safe mode, click On Start>My Computer>Right Click on your C: drive then Properties. Click on Tools tab and in the Error checking box Click "Check Now". Tick both boxes. It will say it will perform the check on next reboot.. This may take some time but will rebuild any system files and check the disks.

This is better off in Windows forum.
