Regrets?

I regret not going back up north and seeing my cousin in law before he passed away from cancer last week :( Never had a proper chance to say goodye

Apart form that, no real regrets, just missed opportunities.

Not true - it can't work at first, of course, but after it's all healed, it's easy to be friends with an ex, if the situation is right. I'm very good friends with one of my exes, and was also very good friends with another until something unrelated stopped us being mates.

I tried explaining just that to my friends one night but none of them seemed to understand it. It's a great philosophy.
 
I have some things that although I would do them differently or not at all with the benefit of hindsight, I don't regret them as I wouldn't be the same person I am now without having done them that way.
 
I suppose there are things i had rather of not done but i wouldn't call them regrets. You learn a lot more from mistakes than anything, so you always get something from them.


And besides, if it doesn't kill you it only makes you stronger. ;)

I agree with this, but what I meant is as you say, immediate action has to be cutting off, otherwise it really just doesn't work.

My one biggest regret was getting back with my ex a few weeks after we'd split up, especially as at the time I had moved onto one of the most stunning girls I've ever met :eek:

I thought I wanted something I didn't, stupid life. Who wants to kick life in with me? :p

To say bye and that? What's that supposed to mean? You know the only reason you're around her is because you want to get back with her and you know she's happy now so save yourself some heartache and don't even bother. I got the total cut off job with my big relationship and it did me a hell of a lot of good, try to do it for yourself.
 
I do have just one regret that happened yesterday. However, I will find out the result of my actions in one or two weeks time...:(
I hate this waiting, I wish I did do it, but oh well....
