Ok here's another one for you. I made a lasagne on Tuesday. There was a lot of leftover beef mince ragu which I refrigerated. Last night I made up another lasagne and reheated the leftover ragu in a saucepan with a little water and then baked it as usual. There's still a good portion of lasagne left. I'm thinking of reheating it tomorrow, which means reheating the ragu a second time.
According to some experts, it's perfectly safe to reheat a few times as long as it's piping hot with an internal temperature of 74c. What say ye?
