Reinstalled Wow! ;o

its that time again... ive gone through all my games and ended up reinstalling WoW! mainly due to the fact my PC wont run anything better than this and could do with an update, also through boredom!

does OCUK have an active guild or anything? if so what server is it on?
i have Burning Crusade but never really played it! i think i got to level 10 with blood elf!

has WoW got anymore exciting or is it same old stuff different day??
anything new or totally different from about a year back?

Not everyone that plays WoW gets totally addicted...

me included! .. i tended to play for a few months then stop (mainly cos i just procrastinate a lot) never let it get in the way of work/college/social life... whats the point, its a game, meant to be fun, no?

personally i find it difficult for a game to consume my life! lol

Theres nothing wrong with playing WoW, in fact theres no difference playing WoW for hours on end than there is sitting in front of the PC replying with pointless thread posts slating people on their interests.

Personally, I tried WoW and didn't like it.

from the horses mouth!, somebody that doesnt like it and isnt slating it! fantastic!

i too played it on and off for a few months, love the game, have a bunch of characters around level 20-30 and 1 lvl 60, since 05. its all good fun doing the little quests and duneons as it is the raids and bigger group quests.

you can get places on your own! i managed to get around lvl 50 without any help, unless in instances etc. didnt really do much interacting with guilds, and still dont tbh!!

yeah thats why i got bored! started to do too much on my own! before joinging guilds etc! found it really hard to find a guild! esp when burning crusade came out, i dont like too much change! lol

my hunter hit 60, was chuffed to bits, then they released Burning Crusade and the level cap went to 70... thats when i lost interest! lol i still hadnt been to all the WoW vanilla dungeons and then a whole new level appears!... very frustrating! lol

finally got round to reinstalling it on my laptop! and paid for a month, currently at work so i have to wait till i get home to check to see what my account has on it! lol

if i was to start a new character, what class/race would you spec? i quite like taking on multiple targets and dont really like sitting around! something with high crits etc, ranged or melee, doesnt really bother me. but deffo dont fancy being a pally! eww!

That said, tell me what my opinion is. Please, read my post, and tell me what my outlook on WoW is

You cant, because all i posted was a mickey take out of all the people who replied so far. On the one hand, you have all the people saying "omg quit you're addicted its for losers" and on the other hand, you have everyone else saying "i play and i work full time and have wife and kids".

that is all. I'm not sure what you took offence from but here's a tip: Read Posts Properly Before Starting Arguments. Hope that's cleared up for you

i suppose i have never got high enough to really experience a decent pala... dont you find it irritating having to change your equip all the time? and like, space consuming!!?

I stopped my WOW addiction simply by moving on to EVE lol.

Anyone to swap a level 70 Dwarf priest on Azjol-Nerub for an old EVE account or some EVE GTC, i gotta get rid of it before I find myself trying to play both.

i dont have EVE but id like a level 70 priest to play around with! want anything else for it?


incidently, i had a free weekend, managed to level my warlock a few and do some instances with some random guild all good fun! although i am slightly bored!.. found it hard getting into the swing of things though, so many different combos to try out!
