You may do if you choose the wrong option when reinstalling. Best is to get a USB Bootable Linux OS and copy the ones from your windows drive to one of the other drives. Power off and unplug the non windows drives, do a reinstall on the windows drive then copy them back (Obviously after plugging them back in)
