There are a lot of scouse accents. The only one i have a problem with really is the really thick, phlegm filled chavy accent.

Too many southerners in Liverpool now, its full of them and the cockney accent on a woman is disturbing to say the least.

It really does depend, if her voice could be used as a universal paint stripper then no.
Otherwise a nice accent adds to the charm =)

I think to be fair any accent is fine with the right bird. I've heard some lovely scouse ladies and conversely some utter dole junkies.
