My old samsung f4 hd204ui has got this slow access issue, a lot of stuttering in videos for example. So backing up and need a new 2tb to replace it with. Any recommendations. Prefer reliable but not the most expensive as budget is a issue. Probs pay up to about 70 notes i think.

How come most hdds are 3 yr warranty nowadays as i noticed browsing them that there is very few if any 5yr ones which was the norm for most hdds.

Are them hybrid ones any good? Wont be used as a boot os drive tho mainly just a backup drive for stuff i dl and what i already have. Games/movies/tv shows the usual stuff.

Well I just had a Hitachi die on me so don't buy them but I've had my Western Digital for 3 years and that is still fine. I wouldn't bother with any hybrid especially if only used for backup. I think reading that WD seems to be most reliable and so far for me had no issues with them even in my 8 year old laptop.
