Are you SOGEA then? There's nothing special about the VDSL port on the faceplate so it should have dial tone if you have a live phone line.

I have nothing to plug in to check for a tone anyway.

Use the center pair on both connectors.

Wall mount a modem next to the phone line master socket, use a 0.5m ADSLnation rj11 cable, then run ethernet from that to your patch panel / router.
