How do these skins work? I have dropped one into the steam\skins folder but and restarted steam but they do not show up in the list in options.

Ignore this, had out the wrong folder in the skins fodler lol

Indeed. I miss WON. It used to be quicker to download steam content from third-party webservers.

Eh? Origin is a horrible example of a non-bloated and user friendly/streamline app.

Steam could be better but Origin is not in any way superior.

I find the main reason Origin is detestable is the 'exclusive' stuff that forces you to buy from them. Unfortunately, I can't resist for certain games, like ME3...

I really don't understand the hate for Origin but I have no problem with either apps.

Notice the friend list is missing in that shot. They didn't get that going for a good while, I remember it saying something like work in progress when you clicked the Friends button.
