Is there a way to access iTunes on your pc via wifi/3g using your iPhone?

If you actually want to play music from your library on your phone, then I don't think there's a legitimate way to do so. I'm sure somebody is working on one though...

I mean when i'm out and about is there an app that lets you connect to your itunes at home from your iphone.
