Remote access

Not sure how helpful this is, but you COULD try using gotomeeting.

It allows the other person to give you desktop access. It even allows them to use your computer to RDP.

Its al 128 bit secured, and allows tons of people in a meeting. A 30 day free trial awaits you to.

Only tried it a tiny bit, so can't really say much more than it seems to be nice.

logmein rocks for things like this

if it's your own pc, then hamachi & remote desktop is the best way, for a client pc, logmein is awesome, they login to the website, download the client, install and you're off

Huddy, after just testing out logmein i'm very impressed use this :D

It's going on my mums laptop now, and another i'm fixing up so i dont have to keep picking it up from her (doing my head in over small things that i could do remotely now).

ok I gave logmein a try and works.

However, at the client end, there doesn't appear to be a logoff. I want the client to feel safe so there only connects when he or she wants to. The way it seems as liong as the logmein icon is active on the client, I can get in. Some clients won't be happy with that.

Yeah that makes sense, its probably not totally aimed at the client area, well then i haven't used it but the other one mentioned in here single click sounds perfect :)
