Remote assitance screwed up my sisters keyboard.

Hi,
I connected to my sister over remote assitance and now her keyboard types with random numbers.
How do i fix it ?
We tried restarting etc but its still screwed up. She needs to write a report and now I feel really guilty lol.

I got it sorted after a system restore. Is really weird :s

All I done was set her emails up.
Unsure of why it happened
