Remote assitance screwed up my sisters keyboard.

Hi,
I connected to my sister over remote assitance and now her keyboard types with random numbers.
How do i fix it ?
We tried restarting etc but its still screwed up. She needs to write a report and now I feel really guilty lol.

check the keyboards settings on her CP

I have a similar problem when RDing to my laptop because it turns num lock on.

Which makes M=0, J=1 etc....

what were you doing in remote assistance because this has never happened to me before, just seems strange that her keyboard would screw up because of remote assistance :confused:

perhaps language settings have changed?

I got it sorted after a system restore. Is really weird :s

All I done was set her emails up.
Unsure of why it happened
