Not sure where to put this, but as its a bit of both iOS and enterprise, I thought it might be better in here,

Does anyone have or know any software that can allow me to remote control iOS devices like they are in front of me, LOGmein which I use lets me configure a few things, but not actually take control.

Be a really big help, moved from Dingleberrys to iPhones and could really do with this.... :D

Are you looking for something to manage the remote devices (policies etc) or to actually allow remote control keypresses etc?

I *think* Athena and Airwatch both have both features, but arent cheap.

MobileIron is the application you require I am currently deploying this into an enterprise environment however it does cost...

You can't control and iOS device if you mean something like VNC'ing to it to open apps etc..

Pity, I wanted it for when users are not in the office and have an issue, I could remote onto their device and see what the issue is..

From what I know- you may be able to support devices that are jailbroken or rooted but both iOS and Android limit the ability to show the screen or remote control a device. Some remote softwares have provided limited connectivity to the file system and various other diagnostics- but these are pretty useless for the most part. Right now no carriers or manufacturers currently allow sofware for remote control.
