it was teamviewer that won the contest
used it a few times and mums happy with my support, and im happy as im not listening to her telling me " there is on ok button, there is no next, it just disappeared, its gone "

A good option is UltraVNC SC, which supports 128-bit encryption.
Simply use the builder to create an executable the host runs. This will send a support request to the 'viewer' (your machine).
In some cases, if the the host is NAT'd, you'll need to forward port 5500 TCP.
