Remote Control Software

Hey All

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any decent software I can use to login to my home PC from my work one.

Basically I would like to be able to start a few downloads from work ideally, but its hard to find one that isn't to jerky and laggy.

Is it at all possible to and this sound stupid but play games remotely like that? I.e sad as this is would be handy for me to say login to World of Warcraft check a few bits and log out but obviously this would struggle if its all jerky and laggy.

Hmm its more for logging in directly from the Works Windows PC, as I don't have a tablet

May get in serious trouble with your employer if you're using this sort of thing. I know it's boring to remind people of this, but it's something people forget can and is monitored whilst at work.

Teamviewer. Can do it from your smartphone to your PC too. The speed is even 'acceptable' over a 2g connection.

The flash client ain't bad if you don't want to run a standalone program on your work machine.
