Remote control?

I watch DVD's on my computer whilst not at my desk and I'd like the ability to use a remote control to control the volume and other features. I find returning to my desk to use the mouse annoying.

Is there a product out there that I can use?

hmmm. wireless keyboard and mouse? my wiresless set comes with a remote as well (logitech s510 media remote)
MS MCE remote control?
ATi remote wonder?

Can even use your mobile phone, depending on the phone you have

I'm way too fond of my IBM keyboard and MX510 to be considering replacing them just for a remote.

I'm guessing the mobile phone solution is a bit tedious.
