Hi there

it seems you are using RDP V6 to connect by that screenshot

when you goto connect to the PC you should be prompted with a login box

what i use to connect to a domain PC is for example

home\administrator

the home part being the domain so if you change that and put your domain in

<domain>\<username>

i hope this makes sense, if not send me a message and ill do my best to try and help

Cheers

just type..

DOMAIN\ipOrName

DOMAIN\username

-edit, just like above yeah :)

by the way, in ms paint if you're saving a screenshot, drag the white box down to a really small size, then paste and click yes when it asks if you want to enlarge the workspace (will wrap to the picture size then :) )

Thanks for this input, I am aware of that.
But i thought that we can have an option "domian" similar to the one in the XP's RDC , but it seems to me, we would not have that option in the version of RDC that I have got ,,,Am I right ?

pretty sure you can still run the old version, just copy it to say C:\program files\remote desktop

the files you need (i think) are..

mstscax.dll
mstsc.exe
mstlsapi.dll

copy them from an old install, you can run the new and old client alongside each other
