Afternoon all,

I'm after a bit of help regarding how to remote control windows media player (or other player) on a desktop from my netbook. I have a wireless audio sender connected to my desktop (upstairs) to a stereo (downstairs), it works well but I'm looking for a way to control the media player (currently windows media player 11 ) running on the desktop from my netbook. I am currently doing this via logmein (only have xp home (putting win7 on soon) on my desktop so no direct remote desktop). Does anyone know of a better way of doing this, something that will essentially allow me on my netbook to view the media library of my desktop and control most functions via the wireless network in my house?

Cheers

Geuben.
