Hello

Currently we have a Small Business Server set-up in one office with about 30 people connected. Via terminal services we have a further 7 people access it from another remote office and another 10 people access it from home. Unfortunately as we are miles from the exchange our upload speeds are relatively slow so people are struggling with the Terminal Services service. We need a new solution and have been recommended:

1. Bonding, linking several ADSL lines together to get better speeds - won't necessarily be guaranteed faster speeds all the time
2. Locating a new server in the other office with their files on (they work on different projects) - not sure how this provides access to Exchange though and will cause problems with back-ups as this is done centrally
3. Leased line - defo not within budget!

I had an idea where a mirrored server is set up in the over office, automatically synched to swap any file changes - no one knows if this is feasible!

Some IT knowledge, but being recommended these by suppliers so wanted to check reliability.

Thanks
