Remote support software...

...for my old mans PC Who ever invented computers wants shooting as it means I now get about 6 calls a day

Anyway, what would be the best thing to use for remote support? Someone mentioned LogMeIn?

Also are there any security issues with them?

logmein or ultravnc single click are both great.

Ultravnc is probably more secure as the remote PC has to initiate the connection. logmein sits there at all times waiting for the connect request to come to it via the logmein website.
