Remote Viewer Software for Android?

Hi folks,

I need to configure some CCTV remotely and the family member only has a work laptop which doesn't play nicely with RealVNC.

Is there a remote viewer for Android that I can use easily enough?
 
What sort of issues does it have with VNC? We use VNC at work, and going from phone to PC there's no issues. Sometimes if the system is really old turning off hardware acceleration (think it was under settings -> troubleshooting -> mirror driver) can help.

Alternatively, Teamviewer.

As in, the PC doesn't allow software to be installed.

Does TeamViewer work on Android?

Not sure how you're going to achieve this if you can't install something on the remote laptop.
