Remove access to a computer system (physically)

I'm trying to find a security device/storage container that will allow me to place a mini PC into it. To stop people being able to access the cables/physical machine but allow them to switch it on if required.

My google kung fu is failing me hard.

does it have to be a bought item ?
you could stick it in any old (vented) lockable container and then just buy a separate power switch and attach that to the box somehow.
you could even make something out of MDF and just attach an intake/exhaust fan to it to stop it overheating.

I suppose you could use a network cabinet ?
