I installed ATI drivers, removed them, but the ATI Catalyst Control Center link has stayed when i right click on desktop. Everytime i do this , it tries to install the Control Center again, it obviously didnt delete everything.

is there any way to delete this right click option?

Thanks

TweakUI can only do templates for files I think.

You can do it manually, by looking through the right handler registry keys, but I wouldn't know which one that is. Try uninstalling the drivers again, and running driver cleaner, or there is a catalyst uninstaller on ATi's site.

From the Unofficial CCC FAQ you could try this

Q) I don't like the Control Center entry in the context-menu of the desktop
A) how to remove it, without screwing around in registry:
Go to Start|Run... Then type in:
regsvr32 /U "C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\atiacmxx.dll" and ENTER. You have to adjust the path to the dll, of course.
