Remove Parallels icon from the Dock?

I'm trying out Parallels after reading in a recent thread that it's a lot better than it used to be. So far, so good.

I'd like to remove the Parallels icon from my dock when it's running.

I've tried 'dockless' but it didn't seem to make any difference. Anyone know of a way I can do this?

Try these instructions under the "Disabling the dock icon" on this link since it applies for any applications which have dock icons.
