I think if I remember correctly you should during the boot process have the option to press Ctrl & I which take you into the RAID menu were you can add and delete the RAID array.
You'll need to break the pack from within the RAID BIOS as RJC said. Unfortunately breaking a RAID 0 pack will also mean you'll have to reinstall Windows, so it may be best to create a clone of your current windows installation before doing anything drastic! Unlike RAID 1 it's not quite as simple as breaking the pack and still be able to use one drive on its own as the data is spread across the 2 drives in RAID 0.
